The hotel staff was very friendly, they were quick to respond when I needed help.

The staff is friendly. But I'm sorry to say, the facilities are lacking, maybe because they forgot or because they weren't provided. There are no towels. And it doesn't match the promotional photos when you want to book, because there are no glasses + water heater even though the photos clearly show there are. And the wifi for some reason every few minutes you have to log in again repeatedly, so you can't meet the deadline.

Actually this hotel is good, it's just that it's not well maintained and there's not enough staff.

The hotel is newly renovated, so there are no amenities, just towels. There's no soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste at all. There aren't even any tissues. Hopefully, it will be improved in the future.

This place has begun renovations, and it's living up to expectations. Hopefully, it will be as comfortable as it was when they first opened. The rooms and bathrooms are much more comfortable. Keep up the good work, as your location is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. It feels like home, not a hotel.

The location is easy to reach and the surrounding environment is quiet, close to the campus area. The bathroom and room cleanliness need to be tidied up again, the room is a little damp

Good: Location, price, good Wi-Fi, good shower, good hot water, good water pressure, there's a smoking area next door (I booked a smoking room, it's close to Circle K and restaurants, so it's not a hassle). There's a laundry service across the street, and it's cheap, so it's okay. Bad: 1. The elevator is quite challenging. 2. Bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and soap (there's soap, but the button doesn't work). 3. I stayed for 7 days, even though my room wasn't cleaned. 4. It smelled a bit musty, so I bought air freshener. 5. No slippers. Bring your own, which I think is quite important since the room isn't cleaned. 6. The sheets and bed cover are very questionable. Overall: If you're on a budget but looking for a hotel to sleep and shower, this is okay. But if you're looking for a proper place, this isn't it.

When I first came here, I stayed at Woodpacker and it was really impressive. I finally decided to spend New Year's 2025 here with good expectations. I found out the hotel's quality was very different. The management/owner didn't seem to care about maintenance. The paint on the building looked shabby because it was peeling off a lot. The rooms also looked dirty. The AC was also not maintained and was very hot, as if it hadn't been cleaned/lacking freon. It's a shame, even though this was one of my favorite hotels. Hopefully the management/owner can read this and improve the quality like it was at the beginning. The plants were also wilting and never cared for/watered. It was a pretty bad experience. So I'll think twice about staying here again.

When we first checked in, the room smelled really bad. We asked for air freshener. It didn't take long for the smell to go away. The room was very small. The bathroom couldn't be locked. Complaining to the women was still better. The men seemed to just ignore our complaints.

It's not as good as when it first opened, but it's still a comfortable place to stay, especially if you're on a budget. Suggestion: Maintain and repair the doors and bathroom; otherwise, it's still in good condition.

Location with many culinary spots and cafes to hang out

Affordable price, close to everywhere, spacious rooms, there are family rooms, there are lots of shops and cafes around the hotel, I will come here again next time.

Not to put it down, but hopefully it can be evaluated, there is no water heater, the TV cannot be used, the toilet hose is leaking, it really leaks which when used makes clothes wet, the mattress is itchy, the AC is not cold, waiting from 4 to 7, calling the receptionist waiting for the HK for a long time until finally early checkout that night. Plus the key access card is broken... even when tapped in another room it can open... I'm really afraid that random people can open it using another room card.
