The hotel is actually comfortable, strategically located, but dirty, especially the bathroom. Ugh, I can't stand it. I can't even take a shower for long. There's mold all over it, it's yellow, and it's really hard to even brush it. Please pay attention to cleanliness.

Everything is okay but there needs to be some cleaning, there are lots of small cockroaches, please spray anti-cockroach spray

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, the access is easy, the parking is spacious, and the price is affordable. Highly recommended.

When I first entered the hotel, the lobby was okay but the AC wasn't working, the atmosphere was already unpleasant, but the staff were very good and nice. Waited a while before going up to Unit B. Arriving on the 6th floor, the bathroom was really dirty, the mattress was itchy, dirty and worn. Less than 10 minutes later, the lights in my room suddenly went out 1 second after I left, no one was there. I don't know who turned it off but this is a hotel if it was off it should be flat. If you're bringing small children, it's better to just find a comfortable hotel. Less than 10 minutes later I checked out, the room felt really stuffy, the AC was dirty and not cold, it really looked like it hadn't been maintained. It would be better to improve all the facilities and cleanliness of the room.

The bathroom is okay because the floor is rough and not slippery. Access is a bit far from the city center, so it's safe, no traffic jams, hehehe. We were very helped with parking by the security guards who were alert and helpful. Recommended if you want to avoid traffic jams in Jogja and have easy access to the Gunung Kidul area and other areas.

Nice budget hotel in Kotagede. Comfortable rooms, powerful hot showers. Nearby culinary options include Mbah Gito's Javanese noodles and Dapur Uthi's sourdough.

The place is nice, comfortable, the breakfast menu is also quite delicious, the hotel staff is also super duper friendly. The room area is clean and tidy, it's just a shame that the bathroom area in the room when I checked in was a bit dirty, there were lots of limescale stains on the bathroom floor and around the walls and glass doors, hopefully in the future it can be improved again yeah ☺️

My first time staying at Kayla, during the Eid holiday from March 17th to 20th.... The lobby is nice, attractive, and has a good photo spot. The swimming pool is clean, my kids love swimming here for a long time. The bedroom is quite spacious and clean, the double bed is big enough for 3 people. There is a hot water kettle, complete drinking utensils with tea, coffee, and sugar. Breakfast on the first day was delivered to the room and was quite tasty. Breakfast on the second and third days was a buffet at the restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool, so you can have breakfast while watching your kids swim. The area around the hotel has lots of culinary spots, so it's not a hassle to find food at night. The distance to tourist attractions is only about 30 minutes, and to Malioboro is 15 minutes. Parking is available in front of the lobby (outdoor) and behind (indoor). What needs to be improved is the bathroom, the glass door is dull, the walls too... but it's still safe to use. I will come back again next year

While staying here, maybe at the restaurant, if it's breakfast, the menu needs to change every day.

The room facilities are poorly maintained. The dim atmosphere of the room makes it feel even more shabby.
