For the toilet in VIP room number 101, the water was off so the flush and bidet shower didn't work, resulting in using a tap and bucket like a public toilet :) I don't know about the other rooms, in terms of layout it's very good but the cleanliness of the bed and toilet overall the room needs to be re-considered. Hopefully the management can improve and rejuvenate the building.

Was a nice place to stay for my trip

The accommodation doesn't have an elevator, so we got a room on the third floor—actually, it's actually the fourth floor. The room was clean, the AC was very cold, but unfortunately, some of the equipment was not well maintained. There were also plenty of dining options.

The place is comfortable. I didn't expect that in the middle of the crowd there would be a cozy place.

near sanglah hospital, and the location is strategic. only stayed on the 2nd floor. no elevator. have to go up and down stairs. but if you bring a lot of stuff, the staff will help you carry it upstairs.

It's quite clean for the price, there's a mini fridge, normal shower and toilet but you have to open and close the tap because there's a leak in the toilet, the hot water works and towels are available, suitable for those looking for peace and quiet to rest.

The hotel is nice, comfortable. But the Wi-Fi doesn't want to connect, the room is not airtight.

The accommodation is quite affordable with a minimal budget. The room is quite clean. The water in the bathroom was off so I had to hold my poop all day lol and the guard was hard to contact.

Cold AC, friendly staff, even though the standard room is spacious

stayed for 3 night and 3 days. overall room is good, a bit of visible mold and cracked floor but nothing major or concerning. AC needs maintenance, its BARELY cold enough to not sweat. shared door between rooms, you can hear the person next door on call. worst of all, wifi either dont exist or not working, they said they are calling technician but from the start of my stay until the end, the wifi is still broken. also the toilet flush is weak may need multiple flush before number 2 is gone. good enough for a short stay for the price, but definetly not for a long term stay.

The Wi-Fi connection is pretty good.

Dirty, little water, sheets not changed, dirty yellow pillows.

I don't like it because there is a connecting door.

The room overall is okay, just needs a little bit of maintenance. Location is okay, very close to Sanglah Hospital.

The check-in/out service is overall good and very responsive. The bathroom hot water and shower is working well, but the door cannot be shut close. The bidet seems not working so well. The wall is not so soundproof, we literally can hear people talking next door. Also, the television is not easily accessible. There is a unit of refrigerator which can store cold food and a little space for frozen food. Very strategic place just beside Sanglah Hospital with many affordable restaurants and convenience stores around. Very recommend for solo or business travel but not for family staycation.

Booked a superior room for 3 days, last year I also stayed here with a standard room. And it turned out that superior is better. Although there is no lift access while the room is on the 3rd floor, the facilities are according to the price. The guards are also friendly. Plus there is a microwave facility on the 4th floor so it can be used during Nyepi to heat food. There is also a refrigerator in the room that works well. The water heater works well. It's just that the AC is a little less cold. There is also a TV facility but I didn't turn it on for 3 days. The price is according to the facilities 👍

The sheets are dirty, the pillows smell of someone's sweat, like they haven't been changed, the vibe of the building is a bit dirty, there are lots of mold marks, it's a bit noisy.

Always extend when staying here, because the location is close to the city center, and coincidentally got a super comfortable room. Next time if I come back, I'll just req on the 3rd floor.

I've stayed here twice and got a room on the 3rd floor which is super comfortable and quiet. Next time I want to stay here again, I want to stay in this room again.

the location is close to the trade so you won't be hungry at night hehe, but the staff is indifferent, the room is quite dirty but it's enough for that price, thank you, next time I will come here again
