Everything was great from the staff to the rooms.

The location is quite strategic, close to shopping centers.

The staff is friendly. And it's quite comfortable.

The air conditioning not good. The tap water not clean.

AC tidak bisa di matikan. AC tidak bisa di setel jadi kedinginan sepanjang hari pas musim hujan lagi. Banyak balon lampu yang putus dalam kamar. TV tidak bisa disetel dan volume suka tiba-tiba naik sampe seratus (remote TV) tidak berfungsi 😡🤬.
