It's cool, comfortable, and the food is delicious. It's all delicious.

Good service and strategic location.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and soundproof. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the male receptionist, identified as R, was very rude and didn't smile much. Perhaps a frontliner like that could be retrained.

The staff was unfriendly. On the downside, Gojek couldn't deliver food or items to the lobby. They only gave me one room key, which was a hassle to get back and forth. When I tried to ask for another key, I wasn't allowed. It turned out the next night's shift was given a spare key when I asked for it. It was very unclear.

The staff are friendly... The swimming pool makes the kids feel at home... The rooms are okay, making the kids feel at home until they don't want to go home 😁🤦‍♂️👍

The service, cleanliness, and amenities are excellent. The only downside is the food; some of it is bland, others are overly salty, and the variety is also lacking for a hotel of Swissbel's stature.

Easy access to busway and near many restaurants.

Always come back to stay here for the umpteenth time.. Never get bored, the swimming pool is really cool, my kids' favorite.. Unfortunately yesterday I didn't get the family room.. Even though it's really reliable 🥰

The variety of food has been increased and the flavors of the food at the buffet have been added so that it tastes even better..

Great stay.. It’s just that the location access is often super busy, so it’s not easy in and easy out of the hotel. Breakfast item variety is pretty good, needs something to make it “wow” though, in my humble opinion.

The room was comfortable. The location was excellent, close to everything. All the staff were very friendly!

The hotel staff are all friendly, the hotel is comfortable, and the rooms are nice, cozy, and clean. This is my fifth stay here, and I always recommend it.
