The staff are friendly... The swimming pool makes the kids feel at home... The rooms are okay, making the kids feel at home until they don't want to go home 😁🤦♂️👍

The service, cleanliness, and amenities are excellent. The only downside is the food; some of it is bland, others are overly salty, and the variety is also lacking for a hotel of Swissbel's stature.

Always come back to stay here for the umpteenth time.. Never get bored, the swimming pool is really cool, my kids' favorite.. Unfortunately yesterday I didn't get the family room.. Even though it's really reliable 🥰

Great stay.. It’s just that the location access is often super busy, so it’s not easy in and easy out of the hotel. Breakfast item variety is pretty good, needs something to make it “wow” though, in my humble opinion.
