Hotel staff: fast response, friendly. BF: delicious, recommended chicken porridge, fried noodles. You can occupy the room before 2:00 PM as long as the person who has already checked out. I was in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor with a full view. The front balcony has a sea view, while the room window has a garden view of the swimming pool.

First time staying in the president suite, the room is spacious, quite comfortable, only the wifi doesn't connect to the TV so my child can't watch YouTube. Fast service, when entering the toilet hose broke but it was quickly repaired. The beach is not good for children to play even though it is sloping, the pool is good enough for my child to swim. Breakfast was already finished at 9 and not refilled, overall okay

Cheap hotel but not cheap, cool and satisfying!

for the room it's okay, but fortunately the atmosphere, environment, cleanliness, and also the food are just ordinary, even worse than I thought, not according to the social media review, not according to the tiktok video, the place is dirty with lots of trash.. when eating there was also a big green fly perched on my fried rice, there was also a cat in the dining area, the beach is dirty and murky, there is no good view to see, so I think there needs to be improvements first for the place,. thank you.

Thank God, we got a nice hotel, the room facilities were good, everything worked, the swimming pool was clean, and the kids loved having access to the beach too.

Aesthetic room, quite spacious, clean and bright bathroom, complete amenities, water heater available, got a beachside room at a promotional price.. so far so good and satisfying👍

I'm disappointed that the towels weren't provided. I checked in from 2pm and was told at 4pm that I still hadn't been told. I had to go to the receptionist.

It was great having a staycation here @ the Acacia Hotel, always want to go back again.

The room is spacious and clean, all the staff are friendly from check in to check out. But sorry, the room facilities are lacking, there are no chairs and headboards even though I stayed in a Duluxe room type.
