The hotel staff was friendly, there were only a few inconveniences during the stay, 'cleanliness'. The sink was leaking, the bedsheets had stains, there were insects flying around, I don't know what kind of insects 'like flies but not flies', when finished cleaning the 'floor' smelled probably because the mop was not cleaned. Oh yes, regarding the SOP 'updating access cards' if staying more than one day should also be explained at the beginning when checking in. But even so, thank you to all the staff for being very responsive when needed even though it was already late at night. Oh yes, the complaints were not all even, maybe because of the selection/location/whatever that is, lol. Thank you also to the receptionist who offered to check in early and was sensitive to customers.

The staff was friendly, the Wi-Fi signal was good. But when we arrived, the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and was really stuffy (there's no AC in the lobby). When we entered the room, we felt uncomfortable, the sheets didn't smell good at all, the towels were damp, the floor was really dusty, we even mopped it, and the water from the mop was really brown, and the left side of the bed was really dusty. On the second day, the bed was made, the towels were changed, and we checked the left side of the bed, which was dusty. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved, I feel sorry for those who bring small children :(

The receptionist was nice and friendly. Not a staycation option, just a place to sleep. The hotel needs some maintenance and improvements.

The air was hot from entering the hotel to the room, the service was not satisfactory, taking the emergency stairs, the elevator was broken, the lights were dimly flickering, there were no hotel slippers, the water kettle when there was water was dirty and dusty, the AC was not cold.

Please improve the hotel's services and facilities to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you.

The water, the shower was small, the bed was itchy and hard, and it smelled a bit musty. Overall, it was uncomfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10, this gets 3 points.
