Old hotel, leaking toilet, clogged sink.

The hotel has a swimming pool, the staff are friendly.

The car park was hit by water spilling from above. There was no bathroom mat. The hole in the lamp holder was not repaired.

The hotel staff was very friendly during the check-in process.

The staff was friendly, but because I got a discount from the app, I was given an uncomfortable room. I wanted to take a shower but the water heater didn't work, the floor was sticky when my feet were a bit wet, the bathroom had a hole in the wall socket, the hotel was old, the breakfast wasn't fun, it was better to have breakfast outside. Hopefully the management will make it more comfortable, especially for bringing family.

I happened to get a room that I couldn't access and the lights were off, so I moved rooms.

This week stay at this property was quite nice. The bed in room 205, for me, is firm and support my back well. I did sleep for more than seven hours! Straight! No Wake Up in the middle of the night. Minus one, minor not major, the spray for clearing the bottom, is not properly work. Still work, indeed, but not in the power you may need to see.

A very so-so hotel, it could have been better for that price. I chose it because of its easy access on the main road.

I've stayed here twice. The first time was comfortable. The second time was less comfortable. 1. The bathroom faucet leaked. 2. The bathroom blower didn't work, so when our friend pooped, the smell wouldn't go away. 3. I woke up at 3 a.m. because of mosquitoes. It turned out the window was open, belonging to the previous guest, but it hadn't been closed, so the staff caught it. 4. There were no toothbrushes in the bathroom.

The location is easy to find because it's on the edge of the provincial road. There are many culinary options around the hotel because it's in the city center. The swimming pool is in a different building, but still in the same area. There's a cafeteria in the pool area with standard prices. The pool is also used for public swimming lessons. The breakfast menu isn't very varied, but the food tastes good. An additional breakfast for children is 50,000 Rupiah. Cleanliness is good. The staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are hassle-free.

big hotel is quite big room but scary because I booked room only so I was given a room far above the 3rd floor scary if I'm alone just once hotel area in front of the elevator smells of garbage already complained to the lobby but was ignored.. yeah just once air conditioner is cold.. bathroom water is not hot.. urinal water
