Checked in at 11 PM, booked 2 rooms, requesting a connecting door.
1. The connecting door wouldn't open.
2. There was no hot water in the shower/sink.
3. There were stains on the sheets.
4. The TV screen in one of the rooms was broken/cracked.
5. The dividing plate between the ceramic tile floor and the carpet floor was loose, making it dangerous, especially for children.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby.
They pushed us away for massages as the staff said it’s very hot inside due to an AC issue.
There was a lizard in the coffee area of the room. I need to tell the hotel three times just to get rid of the lizard and change the cups.
It could be better.

This is my second time staying here, and this time I tried a larger room. The room was okay👍 but it wasn't soundproof, the noise from the noisy neighboring rooms was really audible.
The breakfast menu was great👍 according to my taste.
The downside was the distance to the pool.
