My son really liked staying here. It's a recommended hotel in kw. Comfortable for families.

Such a great place to spend time with your lovely family. This hotel offers tons of activities for both kids and us as parents. There's a fun foam party for kids, and it's so much fun. Also important, this hotel is connected to a mall. So it's easy to find food or coffee. Just wear pajamas and hotel slippers, and a short walk to get there. 😬. Good job, Resinda! Would love to visit again someday.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the only thing missing is that the TV is not yet a smart TV

The room lighting is not bright enough, the position of the room I got was not good, even though the best type was yesterday when I stayed, it was really dark and ugly 🥹

The most enjoyable thing about staying at Resinda Hotel is the gym and jacuzzi. I was hoping for comfort, but it turned out to be less so. I even chatted with the people who were having the ofuro together and asked why the ofuro had to be covered with cloth and the water was only warm. So uncomfortable. Check-in time was too late.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location and service were excellent and friendly. There were plenty of places and activities for the kids. The only concern was that we found two small tomcats in the bathroom, and one of us has an overreaction to insect bites. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

When I chose this hotel for a staycation with my family, I didn't expect the hotel to be this good and cool. There are so many facilities, adult pool, children's pool, kids corner, jacuzzi, gym. Not to mention the many activities for children that make children even happier Thank you for the service and comfort.

Actually we just booked the hotel 2 days before arrival and we were very impressed with the management of this hotel.. even our room was ready earlier than check in time.. The location has very easy access to a full AC bridge to Resinda Mall, so finding food and other entertainment is practical. The room is spacious, clean, and we didn't expect there to be even a welcome snack and cake. The breakfast was delicious, all typical of Padma. The children were also very happy because there were 2 swimming pools with exciting and fun slides.

Arrived at 11.30 am and was allowed to check in early, asked for a baby crib and mattress to be put together, and it was very fast until the room was ready. My husband requested a birthday greeting, it was already on the mirror plus a birthday cake, besssssstttt. Every time I asked anything to the hotel staff, they were always informative, because I brought children, I was always informed that there were kids activities and invited to join. The children were happy, the playground was clean, the swimming pool was clean and the lifeguard was always on standby to supervise. The breakfast food choices were delicious, so many that I was confused about what to eat. The coffee was also delicious, the donuts were delicious. The best, just checking out and I was already thinking about coming back..

An interesting hotel especially for children because in addition to having a swimming pool, it turns out there is also a waterpark here. Awesome. And to the mall is not only close, but given its own way through direct hotel access to the mall.
