The staff were very helpful and accommodate well. The breakfast was also very delicious, and for the room rate + breakfast, it was worth every penny.

The standard room facilities on the 1st floor are okay, but the 2nd floor is not pleasant. There needs to be repair or exchange of furniture and others so that it doesn't disappoint.

Untuk Fasilitas kamar standar yang di lantai 1 oke, tapi untuk lantai 2 tidak menyenangkan. Perlu adanya perbaikan atau tukar perabotan dan lainnya biar tidak mengecewakan.

The parking lane is difficult, there are no directions when we enter the hotel from the highway, prone to accidents.

Jalur parkir sulit, tidak ada pengarah saat kita keluar masuk hotel dari jalan raya, rawan kecelakaan.

Hotel staff were very friendly welcoming us as a family - even the room we ordered was 2 rooms made into 1 large room containing 2 rooms and a living room. Very satisfying in terms of service and facilities. The breakfast although less varied but sufficient for us as a choice of eating in the morning.

Pegawai Hotel sangat ramah menyambut kami sekeluarga - bahkan kamar yagn kami pesan 2 kamar dijadikan 1 kamar besar yang isinya 2 kamar dan ruang tamu. Sangat memuaskan dari segi pelayanan dan fasilitas. Sarapan walau kurang variatif tetrapi cukup untuk kami sebagai pilihan makan di pagi hari.
