The hotel staff is helpful, the service is really good, you get breakfast too, besides airport pick up and drop off, you can also go to the station, but the room pillows are a bit high so it's not comfortable on the neck, I also think the AC is not cold enough, that's all.

There was no problem with the room, but no one greeted me during New Year's. Some people were chatting and joking in the parking lot and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep until they left. Then on the 1st, I didn't request a room cleaner, but when I returned to the hotel that night, I found my room clean, but my pajamas were missing, forcing me to wear whatever I had to sleep. It seemed they thought they were trash because the clothes were already worn out. The cleaning staff shouldn't have been careless, but the hotel insisted that the pajamas were missing in the room. I don't think I'll ever return to this hotel again. Very disappointed with two of the four nights I stayed there.

Starting from the elevator, you can smell the pungent smell of cigarettes, the same goes for the room, the bathroom smells of rotten wood, dust in the corners of the bed and the room.

Dirty bedroom walls, smell of cigarette smoke, broken bathroom door, raw rice (ngletis), sour green bean porridge.

Good service, clean room, cold AC, the price is really worth it for the facilities provided.

The shower is weird, it's just a circle and there's no center, making it difficult to shower. The cupboard under the sink is broken, it looks like it hasn't been repaired for a long time. The staff service is also very bad, asking for an extra bed was said to be out of stock because we checked in at 12 am, but when we said we really needed it, the staff said they could but added it. The room also smells musty, the exhaust in the toilet is very noisy, the color of the white sheets already looks worn.
