The hotel is nice, and I've stayed here many times. It seems I was just unlucky to get a room that wasn't very soundproof. I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night because I could hear activity from the next room.

Friendly service. Comfortable & quiet place. Close access to all culinary places. Traditional food, food and good taste. Only the soundproofing in the room is not good. Overall, the best hotel and cottage. Worth it. And hopefully can stay there again ☺️

Upon arrival, the receptionist was friendly. Since the rooms we booked were sold out, we were upgraded to a higher-class room at no additional cost. The staff are friendly, and the views are reminiscent of Bali. For breakfast, the hotel staff escorted us to the restaurant. The menu options are quite extensive. Overall, we recommend staying here with family or friends.

The room is large... it has a bathtub, water heater, drinking water, cold AC. Ordered a single bed, but twins were pushed together, no problem, it makes it more spacious. The swimming pool is nice. It's a shame there's no elevator, it would be a shame for parents if they get a room on the lowest floor alone near the pool. Hopefully, it goes smoothly and the hotel becomes more crowded. Thank you for the service.

The hotel is located in a residential area. The rooms are nice. The elevator needs to be installed, as going up and down the ground floor requires extra effort, especially for older people. The TV broadcast is poor. The swimming pool is large. The AC is good. The water heater is good. Excellent.

The ambiance truly feels like Bali, making you forget you're in Malang. The room is quite spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but the food is delicious. The room's ambiance is reminiscent of the villas we've stayed in in Bali, with doors and windows featuring Balinese carvings. The room isn't soundproof, and outside noise is quite audible, but it wasn't a problem for us. We'll be staying here again in the near future.
