This is my fourth stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The view from the 11th floor is beautiful. It's next to Rumah Mode and close to the restaurant behind the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located on the main road and easy to find. There are a few drawbacks: 1. Please make a ramp at the entrance lobby to make it easier to carry luggage, so you don't have to lift it up the stairs. 2. The staff at the entrance aren't very responsive to help guests with their luggage, so guests have to carry it themselves. 3. The TV in my room wasn't a smart TV; 4-star hotels should have smart TVs in all rooms.
