Overall, it's okay, except the bathroom needs improvement. Other facilities are fine.

Got room 209. The elevator worked well, the room was clean. Qibla direction and evacuation route directions were available. Trash cans were available both in the room and the bathroom. Amenities were limited to toothbrushes and soap. Clean towels. No slippers in the room. The shower worked, but for some reason the water wasn't warm enough. The bathroom mirror was blurry, and there was a leak from the toilet when flushing. I've reported this to the receptionist upon checkout, but they didn't respond. The AC was cool enough, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and there were power outlets available. The television was good with several channels, and there were glasses and 2 bottles of mineral water. For those looking for a hotel room in Slawi with affordable prices and standard amenities, Permata Inn might be a good choice.

Check in room, 308, not very clean, dust everywhere, the room was full of ants 🐜, bed and pillows very smell, stains. Toilet not clean and draining system is very bad. Balcony very dirty and dusty. Facilities: TV, AC, showers, for tea/coffee (cattle and cups) not in good condition. So far management not taking care properly very well. Maintenance hotel and furnitures by rating 3/4 only. Stuff receptionist very helpful while check in afternoon but night person below skills, not counts as hotels receptionist. Housekeeping stuff not very professional, even makeup room, forgot to replace amenities, towels, etc. Security people is not professional for hotels. Main entrance of the hotel no security person or bell man standby, not looks as a hotel. Not even 1 star hotel, looks normal rental rooms per day or hourly. Suggestions: please improve your hotel quality, facilities, and services as a hotel stars, which sells hotel rooms in app for travelers. Thanks

The AC is very hot, even though it has been changed to the coldest setting, it still doesn't get cold.

Roadside location, bedroom and bathroom smell musty. I even bought my own air freshener, and there's no breakfast.

Very disappointed, it's uncomfortable and unsafe because the room door has been locked from the inside but can still be opened from the outside. Yesterday when checking in at this hotel, someone else opened the room door without permission.

The location is close to the city, the downside is that the cleanliness of the sheets and bathroom is lacking.

Good thing the restaurant staff is very friendly. Next time I'll go there again.

Close to the city center, so it's easy to go anywhere

The room was dirty and stuffy. Not worth the price (stayed on a long weekend because of an event, booked a week before the event, the price was 450k)

With its strategic location, it can be an alternative for a transit hotel. It's just that the cleanliness of the room really needs to be improved 🥲
