The bathroom smelled like it hadn't been left in months, the breakfast was cold and there wasn't any tasty food on the menu at all.

Upon check-in, the reception staff was quite friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. I booked a room with a pool view, but on the day itself, the room had no pool view or outside view.

We were worried because just minutes before checking in, we found some unsavory reviews on Gm*ps. However, they were not true at all. My sisters had a blast here during our 3d2n staycation. The room is clean, air conditioning was great, lighting was marvelous (we got the best area, loved the golden hour selfies we took here). My only regret is that we didn't know that we needed to contact the hotel to get the room with direct access to the pool. We got the same room type, just on the 3rd floor.

Have cigarette smell even say all rooms are non-smoking. The breakfast variety is so minimum, not recommended. But the AC is cool and the water heater is great.

The AC is not cold, the room is small, towels and toothbrushes are not available, you have to ask for them. Breakfast has no taste.
