The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel maintenance is really lacking, but it's okay for sleeping and going sightseeing. It seems like the owner needs a complete overhaul and upgrade, because it really needs extra changes, it can't just be cleaned.

The location is near JEC, if you go to the city center you can take a vehicle. The condition of the room is dusty on the edge of the wall. The AC remote is not available so you have to ask the guard to set it. The water heater works but you have to plug it in yourself. Overall it's okay.

The hotel is very comfortable for resting but the TV can't be used and the hot water from the shower doesn't come out so I only have to shower using the water flowing in the bucket

If you want to stay here: 1. Provide personal towels and toiletries 2. Buy camphor and air freshener because the room smells and the bathroom smells of sewage 3. Check the walls because they are not cement walls but gypsum. 4. TV signal is very bad 5. No wifi 6.
