Room overall okay. However, I booked a deluxe room and from the picture it was showing with a window, but I got one without a window.

Room condition needs some touch-ups for a better and more comfortable stay.

It’s a nice place, convenient in transportation.

Clean, the team is super helpful, easy to access, and there are plenty of hawkers.

This is our second time to stay at the hotel, it has a spacious lobby and dining area. The room we had was the loft room, so the bed is on the second floor. A bit tricky for tall people, better choose another type of room. Overall it's a nice stay for us, clean. The room smells nice, and the location is perfect.

Cozy boutique hotel with a quiet atmosphere. If you walk 10 minutes to lavender mrt and 5 minutes to bendemeer mrt. There is a 24-hour restaurant in front and interestingly the toiletries are by L'Occitane 🥰

Location-wise was okay, surrounded by a lot of restaurants even though not really in the center of activities. But not so far from the bus stop and also the MRT station. The price was also still reasonable during the GP F1 week where every hotel room got increased insanely. Room was quite big, but one thing that disappointed me was the room has no window, not like in the picture. I booked the deluxe room, hoping that I could get natural light from the window. Turned out I got the room with no window. And after I read again, they mentioned the one with the window depends on availability. So I couldn't complain. My suggestion is don't forget to put it under your request section. However, overall it's a nice and decent hotel, also worth the money.

I went to stay with my husband & 2 year old child. The location is not very strategic because it is a bit far from the bus stop & MRT station, and there is no minimarket around the hotel (7-Eleven I mean) but it is very close to another branch of 3mealsAday 😝. The staff is quite friendly, no late checkout at all but you can leave your luggage in the lobby. This hotel seems to have changed its name and renovated but the interior is quite nice and the AC is cold too ❤️. Comfortable and worth it for the price too.

The staff is friendly. The Wi-Fi is slow. The stairwells need lighting. The elevators need regular maintenance to prevent sudden breakdowns. The location is okay, close to two MRT stations. The hotel entrance is always locked, and you need a guest card or a button to call the front desk to enter the hotel, including the lobby.

Everything is good. Love the sanitary kit from L'occitane. All smells so good.

The location is okay, nearby a lot of local restaurants. But the hotel is very small and old. The room is very small and has no window at all. The fridge in the room is broken. And lucky I did not order room with breakfast, because I can’t see any restaurant in the hotel. And when I ask for ice cubes, the receptionist said no ice cubes, because the freezer in their “restaurant” is also broken.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Near MRT, bus stop, and grocery store like FairPrice, so it was really nice. Definitely would be coming back again when I get the chance.

The staff at the front desk communicated in an impolite manner. The way they asked questions and provided information came across with a very harsh tone. I was very disappointed with the service, especially considering that I paid to stay there. If we made a mistake, we kindly ask that it be handled in a more polite and respectful manner. I hope the service will improve in the future. Thank you.

The male staff was super nice, and the room is very comfy.

Wow, what a wonderful experience!! The room was clean, cool, and just the right size for two people with a child. The water was clean and strong. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!! I stayed here for 4 nights! Food was nearby, and the MRT bus was also very close. I will stay here again next time!!

Very good hotel in my opinion, clean, friendly staff, and has very good privacy.
