The location is okay, nearby a lot of local restaurants. But the hotel is very small and old. The room is very small and has no window at all. The fridge in the room is broken. And lucky I did not order room with breakfast, because I can’t see any restaurant in the hotel. And when I ask for ice cubes, the receptionist said no ice cubes, because the freezer in their “restaurant” is also broken.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Near MRT, bus stop, and grocery store like FairPrice, so it was really nice. Definitely would be coming back again when I get the chance.

The staff at the front desk communicated in an impolite manner. The way they asked questions and provided information came across with a very harsh tone. I was very disappointed with the service, especially considering that I paid to stay there. If we made a mistake, we kindly ask that it be handled in a more polite and respectful manner. I hope the service will improve in the future. Thank you.

Wow, what a wonderful experience!! The room was clean, cool, and just the right size for two people with a child. The water was clean and strong. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!! I stayed here for 4 nights! Food was nearby, and the MRT bus was also very close. I will stay here again next time!!

The room was spacious enough, like other similar hotels in Singapore. Soundproofing was good. Television, hot water, and air conditioner worked well. The room was also tidy and clean. Toiletries and other amenities were sufficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was strategic, near public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. Its rate was very reasonable. Overall, this is a good hotel to stay.

The hotel is beyond our expectations, the room is very clean, smells nice, comfortable bed. The room size is actually bigger than a typical hotel room in Singapore. Hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. There's a Seven Eleven nearby, and plenty of cafes, hawker centers, and the viral resto 3 Meals a Day just right around the corner. 15 mins walk to Mustafa Center, and City Square Mall, and the closest MRT Bendemeer is about 300 meters away. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will stay there again for our next trip to Singapore!
