Wifi is off, tv off, floor not clean, hot water on my room not work, benefit price cheap, veiw lake and the officer and the owner is friendly.

The owner is friendly, the rooms are okay, I come at night check-in and ask for a two-glass coffee to be served well, the next morning is given breakfast 3 portions (it should only be two servings) but I was given an extra portion for toddlers who were not spicy. When you want to pay, say free, thank you so much.

The place is comfortable clean and close to tourist attractions. The host is very friendly just the road acess that must be fixed close to the main road. Nice view of the lake from the villa. Suitable for couples who are bored with breathing city traffic jams and pollution.

We really enjoyed the togetherness here with view lake which is really good, 😘 surely we will come again.

It’s not like what in the picture all is different the only good thing is the view the rooms it’s like never been clean for long time because no one been staying there for long time no swimming pool and only one people working there looks like we event have to find another hotel that night it’s really unpleasant hopefully the fix it or close it

Good location near the lake, simple breakfast, the owner is friendly, the mattress is not soft enough, it seems like it's been a long time, WiFi can't when staying.

The rooms are dirty, there's trash in the washtafel. A rusty bath and sink, locks with a padlock. Slippery floor.

Bad..very disappointing..facilities do not match the ones listed on traveloka ... tdk recommendation and will never come back again ...

Breakfast until 8.15 am not in between. In fact, the evening said to be delivered at 8 am. The mats in the room can not absorb water. For viewnya pretty good. More enhanced just for the service.

One word ... bad ... all the facilities that are mentioned in traveloka are not in line with reality ... will never come back again stay here ...

We came at 12 pm and the room turned out to be full even though we had paid in traveloka .... but to our disappointment it pays off because the owner of the villa santi greatly help us find other lodging ... and we felt very at Auxiliaries and inn recommended a very satisfying our , Thanks villa santi and traveloka
