Stayed here during the long August holiday, and took a non-AC downstairs room. Breakfast was delicious and solid fried rice and fried egg. Tea/coffee and cold water (ice dispenser) were provided, making it perfect for the hot Jogja weather. Room facilities were adequate, and the Wi-Fi password was given upon check-in. Parking was in front of the homestay. The TV in the room was available, although it had to be fixed by hand because there was only one outlet. You had to move the bed to pray. For standard cleanliness at that price, bring wet wipes to clean the floor. All public bathrooms were accessible, with hot and cold water available.

For that price it's okay, but the hot water doesn't work, the room is dusty, and the area around the house is dirty.

I came there was no one, the conditions were not pleasant.

Affordable for those looking for a budget-friendly vacation, this is a great option. The service is good, the room is quite clean, and the bathroom is too. I got off the station at 12 midnight, and checked in around 1 a.m. and they still served me.

In my opinion, Pendowo Lawas is close, approximately 500 meters, I walked because Jogja is lazy about traffic jams.

a fairly comfortable accommodation in the city center, quite close to the North Square, Keraton and tm pintar, polite staff. what needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the bathroom, I stayed in a private bathroom, the floor was a bit dirty and crusty, the water heater also didn't work, so it felt cold to take a shower. the rest is quite good

Penginapan homey, pelanannya juga super ramah, sempet ada problem listrik di hari pertama berhubung udah malem baget jadi gak bisa langsung ditangani tapi paginya teknisi langsung dateng dan bener-bener ditangani sampe kelar hari itu juga. Sarapan 2 hari dapet nasi goreng di hari pertama dan mie goreng dihari kedua, semua udah plus telor dan didalemnya juga ada ayamnya, super tasty. Walaupun penginapan dan kamar gak gede tapi nyaman banget, bersih, wangi, toiletries lengkap.

The rooms are clean, smell good, and the service is really good. I checked in really late at 2 am they could accept it. And the check out is also more than 12 o'clock they give without any additional charge. Breakfast is okay too. And prepared tea and coffee which we can take anytime. Really happy to stay here.
