Not recommended, gosh the place is dirty. Dirty dirty windows, hot water doesn't work, no toiletries, the sheets don't seem to have been changed because they're dirty and feel sticky and uncomfortable, there's no water in the room, the kettle for hot water has a hole and no lid, the sink has a hole (the water opens but pours down), the TV is on but there are no channels because all the rustling doesn't come up, the power outlet is also wobbly so if you pull it it looks like it's going to break, afraid of getting electrocuted, uncomfortable and not clean, regret and disappointment staying here. Is it safe to stay here only with wifi? Just open an internet cafe, sis, not a hotel lol.

The location is very strategic, the room AC is cold.

When we arrived at the hotel, we didn't check in straight away. The building looked like an abandoned building, and from the front it looked very dirty.

The condition of the room and its surroundings did not match the description. Many of the rooms were damaged, and the bathroom sink leaked. The walls were scribbled on, and the bedside lamp had a loose cable and was in danger of being damaged. The floor was cracked, and the environment smelled of garbage.

It's a scam, guys. The photos used in the app look like old photos or AI-generated ones. In reality, it looks like an abandoned building. It's dark, with trash piled up outside, and the narrow, dark, and smelly lobby. When we tried to get to our room, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes and was littered with cigarette butts. The room didn't match the photos, and the room itself smelled of cigarettes. The walls were scribbled on. The sheets and pillows hadn't been changed. There were used condoms and cigarette butts in the room. Serious.

The photos and reality were a stark contrast. I was shocked when I arrived to find it so dark. The mattress was dirty, the floor was cracked, and the room smelled full of cigarettes. It seemed like a hotel now. Finally, upon arrival, I immediately checked out and found another hotel.

Maybe the condition of the room needs to be improved, in my opinion the room is dirty and not well maintained.

It didn't match the photos. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, dirty, and the room even smelled of cigarettes. The room felt like a haunted house. You could hear the TV from the next room, and you could hear every time a motorbike passed by. It was terrible.

My stay at Damar Boutique Hotel was very disappointing and did not match the photos on Traveloka. The hotel appeared poorly maintained and felt almost abandoned. The receptionist was not available, the premises were dusty and dirty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and felt damp. Bathroom amenities were not provided, and only one towel was available. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel is very dark, dirty, scary, rickety, looks like an abandoned building, very dusty, the tiles are broken, the bathroom is very dirty and gloomy, if you want to test your courage, go ahead, I really feel cheated.

it scams, dont ever trust the picture (their not updating the picture since 2022), the room its so different with the picture, there’s no soap or dental kit either. and the ambience it feels like you’re on the horror movie

Oh my gosh, it's really a dud, a 3-star hotel but it's like Oyo. Oyo is actually better than this hotel. Please, this shouldn't be a 3-star hotel. The mattress and pillows smell really bad, the tiles are all discolored and cracked. The AC isn't cold at all. The bathroom is dirty and filthy, the sink doesn't work. Don't be fooled by the pictures displayed, they really don't match reality. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, because I was in a bad mood and ended up moving hotels. Please believe me if you want, or not, if you don't believe me, please prove it yourself
