The tap was leaking. The mattress was damp and smelly. And the sheets were smelly and yellowish.

🥵 Requested to move rooms, the officer informed me that the rooms were full so I decided to just check out straight away.

They said the hot room would cool down after a while. But it still didn't and remained hot.

The AC wasn't cold at all, the TV was black and white & there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Nice at all, does not disappoint and is comfortable.

The facilities are not suitable, and the rooms are dirty.

Cheap and cheerful, strategic location. Quite clean.

Given on the 4th floor, the room was dirty, the AC was not cold and the bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty.

Kamar luas, bersih, kamar mandi kurang oke, tidak ada air panas. Tidak ada handuk, tidak ada sabun.

The price is very good, not bad for what you get especially the strategic location, but it needs rejuvenation and cleanliness, towels please be provided.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan ramah. Tersedia dispenser untuk air minum panas di resepsionis. Lokasi dekat banget ke mal tinggal jalan kaki saja.

Saya sudah beberapa kali nginap di sini, tapi kemarin yang paling mengecewakan, pertama ac nya ga dingin sama sekali, menyala tapi ga ada dingin nya, mungkin karena saya dapat yang murah x ya, jadi ga bisa dingin, tapi sebelumnya di harga 70rbuan aja dingin banget, kemudian toilet nya ga visa di flush, udah gitu bau, malam-malam ada suara bunyi air nguap dari lubang kloset, parah banget, yang ketiga, bantal nya kaya batu, aduuhh please dong pihak hotel, itu penting banget lho, orang tidur bantal nya ga nyaman kan ga enak banget. Terima kasih semoga bisa membantu jadi lebih baik lagi.

Kadang mati air mandi dan tidak dilakukan pembersih kamar saat kita sedang keluar, sampah selama mengenai tidak pernah diambil di dalam kamar.

Bener-bener kapok pesen oyo, pihak hotel mengatakan dan memberi jaminan bahwa traveloka tidak akan menagih pembatalan hotel, nyatanya masih ditagih, katanya pembatalan ditolak oleh oyo pusat. Padahal saran pembatalan tersebut dari pihak hotel. Hotel tidak amanah, oyo tidak amanah dan saya diharuskan bayar hotel double. Dunia akhirat saya tidak akan pernah iklas atas ketidak adilan ini. Semoga ada balasan dan keadilan.

Kamar kotor, kasurnya banyak bekas darah. Bau kamar apek, ga layak ditempati.
