Late review: We stayed 1 night 2-H Lebaran as a stopover hotel before returning to my hometown. What I remember is that the hotel is comfortable, the lobby is spacious, the staff from the concierge and FO are very helpful. The room is clean, quite soundproof and spacious, suitable for families because there are chairs and 1 sofa seat inside. Just a small note; I called the Operator in the morning but the answer to the guest was a bit unfriendly and lacked greetings. And my request took a long time to arrive so I had to call back and the person who answered was from the reception and my request finally came. Anyway, I requested 2pcs of laundry plastic at that time. And I'm not sure whether the operator called or who answered me that morning. Maybe it was a hectic day but still have to be friendly to guests. Overall everything is okay, I will definitely come back again if I go to Jambi.
