Good, clean, spacious rooms, early checking possible, strategic location

This is my second stay here. The place is comfortable, close to the monorail station, the hypermarket, and KLCC. The pool view is absolutely gorgeous.

Pool deck needs a makeover. Also no shampo only 2 times body wash. Sofa could use some pillows.

I have a moment to walk and find some food in this area, so it's welcome to walk in this street and not far away from where I'm staying.

The hotel staff was friendly and polite, the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. When we checked out late due to traffic, the staff was still friendly and didn't ask for any extra money. THE best👍 Next time I go to Malaysia, I'll stay at THE Face Suites again💐💜

My family really likes this hotel, from the moment we entered the room everyone was wowed because the room design is beautiful and feels very comfortable. From the hotel it is very close to walk to Petronas Tower. Next time I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Spacious rooms, fully equipped. There is a convenient washer and dryer.

Very satisfied with this hotel, especially for me on vacation with 3 teenagers... Really comfortable. Spacious, clean rooms. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Nice building overall , but elevator very slow and very crowder from 4 elevator only 2 working

Overall staying at the face suites was very satisfying. If i visit Kl again, i. Will efinetely stay here again.

Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The check in was smooth. You must paid Tourism visa/night/room. Security Deposit RM300. The Room very spacious of 2bedrooms suite for family of 4 as we have teens but only 1 spacious shower room with toilet 🚽 inside 😅 plus an automatic open front washing machine. The AC seems bit old not that 🆒 enough 😴 they should do maintenance on that. Make up room are every day just put the tag on your door. As you heading out or checking out, be aware that the lift will take "some time" to go up and down for a high building so it may take a while. The lift is quite big but it has No AC so you might get steamed 🥵 if too much people at the same time. There's Sky bar & lounge on the 51st fl. together with facilities. Hotel Location is near to 🚆 station Bukit Nanas. Walking distance from KLCC and the beautiful park as well Suria KLCC Mall . The property area has two type of hotels Face Suite and Face Style which is way more crowded and always full of people around the lobby as well e-hailing pick up or drop. Face suite is kinda bit lesser but still a bussy and a lively lobby. On the check out if you paid cash you will get your money back immediately. So it was worth the value and hope the AC getting cooler 😎.

I stayed here for 7 days and love how spacious the room is. But the downside would be the lift as it'll take forever to wait. But overall, I love my stay here.
