It was very dirty. I didn't dare use the bathroom. The balcony door was broken; it wouldn't close properly and couldn't be locked.

Let me first say that this was my first time using this service. I decided to choose this accommodation based on its image on the website, so I felt confident booking this place, especially the building itself. However, when it came time to check in, I found it to be dilapidated. After checking in, the path to the elevator was quite dirty. When I got to my room, I could feel dust on the pillowcases and blankets. Even more shocking was the broken down pipe in the bathroom ceiling. There was a large hole in the pipe directly opposite the toilet seat. I couldn't tell if it was sewage or clean water. Even when it wasn't in use, water kept dripping down from the pipe. When I informed the staff, they confirmed that the problem really existed in that room. The housekeeper was aware of this. They also stated that a repairman hadn't scheduled a repair and that the dripping water wasn't sewage. Initially, the staff and housekeeper wrapped a cloth around the pipe to slow the water flow. What I noticed was probably a hotel towel. The guest questioned why the room was allowed to be used if it was damaged and unready, even though they had booked almost a week in advance and hadn't changed rooms, citing that the rooms were full. The hotel might have assumed that at this price per night, it had to be this much, which the guest didn't demand. In addition to the impression that will make you return to use the service again on the next occasion.

The room is much better than what I saw in the reviews. The air conditioner is very cool.

Very bad. Old but bearable. How can you sell a damaged room without checking or what? There's no shower head or anything. The room is full of stains. Didn't sleep there. I took the key back and went to find another hotel. I've also requested a refund. I understand the old room but it should be clean. I tried to scrub it a bit but the bedsheets stink. With this much sweat, don't you intend to be impressed? Very disappointed. The price is around this area but there are some good ones.

I'm not sure why the hotel gave the room to the customer with mold on the ceiling and mold on the bathroom walls, but overall it was okay (except for the mold). I'd like the hotel to improve the cleanliness a bit more, it would be great.

The room smells very bad of cigarette smoke. It probably smells from the pipes in the bathroom upstairs. The room is very slippery.

It's worth it. It's a good price. If I were in Chiang Mai, I would use the service often in the future.

Overall, the hotel's service is good. The staff take good care of you, the rooms are clean, the view is beautiful and you can see the mountains. Hotel near bank and coin-operated laundry and dryer... ....Not able to use the hotel's Wi-Fi internet. The staff has been informed. But the staff informed that there was a problem with the internet in that room and the signal did not reach them. There is an internet counter in the room, but the equipment doesn't work. Finally had to use the public internet, but the mattress was not comfortable to sleep on. There are wrinkles from long use.

I understand that the price is cheap. Anyone with a small budget should be OK for this price……the picture is not as described as many people have reviewed. The building is very old. The rooms are not terrible, but the bathroom is very scary, dirty, has mold on the lock. The shower was broken. The worst part was when I finished taking a shower and stood to brush my teeth. There was water dripping from the ceiling. When I looked up, the ceiling swelled with yellow stains. Water was dripping down. I didn't know what kind of water it was. So I had to take a new shower!!!!! The room is quite noisy because it is next to the main road....it's late, what should I do? So I only slept for one night. The next morning, check out. I gave up several nights I had reserved to find a new place……..
