The towels are worn and faded. The food isn't very good because there are too many trainees. I even taught them how to make scrambled eggs. etc.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. We especially liked the spacious rooms, the reasonable price, and the central location (close to Tunjungan Plaza and restaurants). The breakfast was varied, but the food (in our opinion) was a bit underwhelming, as the ingredients were a bit lacking. There's no swimming pool.

Maybe for a little more variety in food, especially in ABF and reduce a little spicy food in the morning

The hotel is nice, close to town, and the rooms are clean. The food is also delicious.

The staff is helpful, cleanliness is also ok but unfortunately the sound of vehicles on the road can be heard from the room.
