I've stayed here three times. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. It's very close to Tunjungan Plaza. Most helpfully, there's a Hokky restaurant right next door, just a short walk away.

The staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant supervisor, the guy is friendly and kind, every morning he always gives me and my wife free fresh juice, in short this time it was very satisfying.

Check-in was fairly quick, and the hotel staff appeared professional and friendly. They greeted us with smiles and clearly explained the hotel's amenities. This gave us a good impression of service from the start. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft, the linens were clean, and the lighting was warm. It also came with standard amenities like a TV, minibar, and a full range of toiletries. However, I did find some of the furniture to be a bit dated and in need of some updating, although it still functioned well. Overall, the room was quite clean, but there were a few minor details, such as dust in certain corners. Housekeeping could probably pay more attention to this to maintain consistent quality.

The location is close to Tunjungan Plaza... Friendly staff... Comfortable room... We happened to book a triple bed... Clean bathroom... Delicious food with lots of variations... The restaurant is open until late... On the second day, we had dinner at the restaurant because we were too lazy to go out... The menu has lots of variations and is delicious... Recommended...
