The loud, siren-like sound of the air conditioner blaring all night in room 305 made it difficult to sleep. The AC was cold, but I couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from, and it was very distracting. Otherwise, everything was fine: the toilet was clean and the water was strong.

Good quality! The location is strategic and accessible. The room and the facility are great.

This hotel is very informative and tourist-friendly. From check-in to check-out, everything is done independently. There are many food and beverage vendors around the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was small but super clean. The towels, sheets, pillows, floors, and elevator were all spotless. The area wasn't noisy. I'll book here again on my next trip, as it was very clean and satisfying.

The blanket is dirty. Only one plug in the room, very inconvenient. Experience in Malaysia is too bad. However, staff is friendly and supportive

The room is too small. And it's normal.

There was a cockroach, my friend later told me there many crimes around this area as well, don't risk your life here just because it is cheap :( there is no wifi as described, no free breakfast, they have a free ion table.

There is no staff at the receptionist counter for check -in. time between 7pm to 8pm. I had to wait almost an hour to check in because there was no staff at the receptionist counter. When I wanted to check in, I was informed that the room I booked (deluxe with window) was gone and was replaced with a deluxe room without a window. what a service!

The room was very nice and spacious. Haf a great time.

clean place and water also is there to drink you can just take it free thank you sun inn also near to many indian restaurant and mall just have to walk.

Simple and nice. Regular customer of Sun inns and I find it very much adequate for a basic stay. Not much hassle during check in or Check out.

I already booked for 3 room, but when I am arrived at hotel, reception said all room sold, and I have to wait 3 hours till any room available, and I check in at 5 pm, its so bad experience during I am traveling, I hope you can give a punishment with this hotel, I am so dissapointed, thanks

The TV in the room was damaged, 3 times as far as it was available, stay in the hotel 4h 3 nights, the room was clean, the soap in the bathroom was not there, the charge box was just one plug.
