The mattress was a bit dirty and the room smelled a bit moldy, with leaks on the ceiling and walls. The sink wouldn't drain, but luckily there was still water to flush the toilet.

Nice and strategic, city center hotel.

The place is nice, it's just a shame that the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom upon check-in was very poor.

Food kiosks are all around. No worries to get your happy tummy easily. JNE is next door.

It's very noisy, the toilet is dirty, the shower is broken, and the closet is out of order. There’s no remote for the AC, so you have to turn it on manually. The mattress and the floor are also dirty. The only saving grace is its location in the city center near the station

The room smelled musty, cigarette smoke, there were lots of mattresses piled up beside the door, so I immediately moved to another hotel.

This hotel is old with basic rooms, perhaps even bed bugs. It needs to be upgraded if you really want to be totally present.

The room is spacious in the city center. It's okay for smokers. But for non-smokers, the cigarette smell is strong.

The wifi password seems to be wrong, I want to ask for a new one but I'm a bit embarrassed because the room is on the 3rd floor

The AC was in very poor condition, and the bathroom faucet was broken. I didn't have a chance to stay overnight, so I moved to another hotel.

The atmosphere in the room is a bit scary, and there are no electrical outlets nearby so you have to use SSH to charge your cellphone.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the hotel staff was unfriendly, the bathroom was not clean, the lights were out in front of the bathroom, and the stairs were dirty, as if they hadn't been swept.

The room smelled bad, including the bed. The AC was broken and the remote didn't work. The bathroom smelled damp because the exhaust was off. The water heater didn't work. The staff service was quite good.

The AC in the Family Room was not cold, when a complaint was made to change rooms, the answer was that all rooms of that type had the same AC (not cold).

The hotel is quite comfortable, but the bathroom facilities, the water tap and toilet, need to be looked after if they are broken.
