I have been a customer at CK since 2020 until now and this time I am disappointed with CK, starting from the elevator that was stuck (already reported but no action was taken), then the swimming pool facilities were damaged, plus the receptionist said the pool was open until 8:00 PM, only at 7:15 PM the pool attendant had kicked me out. Lastly, the most FATAL breakfast was really bad, coincidentally I am a chef too so I say bad for a star hotel like CK with a price of around 900 per night, the breakfast menu was not tasty and there was no variety at all, what was worse was the fried rice had a stale smell and was a little burnt but it was served, as a result my husband and I got diarrhea, the guard was also very unfriendly at all. Maybe this will be my last experience to return to CK.
