The hotel staff are friendly and the food is delicious

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the food is varied. It's very close to the west coast. It's currently undergoing renovations, so it looks dirty and the ocean view is blocked. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the service was very satisfactory.

The service is lacking, huh... Especially the receptionist staff is unfriendly. No smile at all. Please give the management some direction on the receptionist section. So, it's uncomfortable for the guests too. Breakfast is quite complete, the taste is also good plus friendly... Please also pay attention to the towels in the bathroom, don't miss it. When it's time to take a shower, there are no towels.

I'm speaking honestly, I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms I got were room number 201 and 203, the water heater was not hot while we brought a baby and a small child so they were forced to shower with cold water. We have told the hotel many times, they only came to check but the water heater still did not change, the water was still cold, the bathroom smelled, the room did not smell good, when checking in it turned out the room was not ready there were no towels and we waited quite a long time for towels, the bed sheets were dull, the TV was still old so the picture was really bad, when the room was cleaned the towels were not replaced. During my stay at this hotel my experience was not good especially when visiting there the hotel was being renovated, wanting to see the view was limited they said it would be finished during Eid, the hotel's responsiveness was not sensitive the service was slow maybe next time I will look for another accommodation other than here, even though there were many good reviews but for me personally it was not satisfactory so please for the hotel to prioritize facilities and services, I have no intention of putting down but I speak honestly based on my personal experience. Amazing stay at Palma Horison

I went there at 1 o'clock, parking was at the back. Then I went to the reception again, told to wait until 2 o'clock, but while waiting I was allowed to use the swimming pool, my child immediately jumped into the pool. The staff was very friendly, explaining in detail. I got room 341, thank God it was spacious, comfortable, the AC was good, the wifi worked, the TV also worked, when I entered I was given a free snack, my child really liked it, it was just a shame I couldn't see the sunrise/sunset from the hotel because it was being renovated, but it didn't matter, all out was the best. For the food, there was a variety, to the point where I was confused about what to eat, so I only tried a few, because my stomach couldn't accommodate it heeee. What we tried: the soto was delicious, the chicken porridge was top, the fruits I took were cut watermelon, melon, pineapple, they were top, my son took 1 donut, 1 croissant, it was really delicious, he said he was offered cereal but he didn't want it because it wouldn't fit in his stomach xixixiiii, my husband took rice + egg + chicken + fish + crackers, he said it was great when he was about to go home, checked out at 11.15 because he wanted to pray Friday prayers so he let Jongjon check out first, thank God it was done. And at 16.24 he just got home, thank you Horison, always be successful 👍🏻

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The food is delicious, with plenty of choices, and the standard is friendly. It's very close to the beach, just a short walk across. There are many street food stalls around the hotel at night. If you want to shop for beachwear, there are also places along the road to the hotel. Recommended for a family vacation. Nice stay at horison hotel, renovation was on going so we couldn’t see the sea view from rooftop, but service was still great and the staff were super friendly, would love to come back once the renovation is done.

Overall, it was comfortable, all the staff were friendly, the check-in process was fast... but unfortunately, when we stayed yesterday, the hotel was undergoing renovations in the front area... but it was no problem, it was still pleasant

It's pretty good, but the rooftop dining area needs to have a roof added because if it rains the entire dining area gets wet.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is incredibly friendly. The only thing lacking at BF is... The stole pastry and cakes are top-notch... they're all delicious. The main course, though, might not be to my taste... But there's a banana blossom dish on the menu, and my husband loves it.
