In the apartment ok2 only. The best location because it goes anywhere close. Especially art street..just across the street. Just the environment in the apartment area is dirty and cluttered.

Location in the city, easy to go anywhere. Old but clean apartment, reasonably priced. There is a car park. There is no elevator, not very suitable for the elderly or those with health problems.

Staff were friendly. This is my second stay. My first stay, was very satisfied. But at this time bit unsatisfying. Only got one room with one conditioner even I booked for pricy one. Hope the staff should check or reserve the room with good one that tally with the price. Thank you.

The inside of the apartment is in fair condition. The bedsheets are torn, towel look so old. The air-condition was excellent. TV signals was not good. No wifi. Outside was so dirty and smelly. Location is very near to all the nasi kandar.

Rented a 3 bedrooms apartment. Messy surrounding on the floor and stairs. Theres no shampoo or bodybath in the shower room. Television 's remote control not function. Komtar view from balcony was super. Theres no rack or things to hang your towel or used clothes. Overall awesome.

Check in should be pkol 2 but lambt I can check in pkol 4 .. receptionist bg know who dorg xckup staff..dusty room… bed linen nmpak dirty..towels are not provided, foot pads are not ade, the others are okay hope the management can improve again .. because my family likes to stay there, I just need to improve the problem ..

An apartment that is a bit old-fashioned but clean enough if it's crowded, unfortunately, going up the stairs (nothing lift), the bed is good (king coil), I feel comfortable here.

we got a lot of space in room. the hotel location close to some interest and on bus line rapidpenang. only the stair and bathroom should be considered. thanks

very very unsatisfying. the AirCon is broken and the receptionist guy is not helping at all.

Comfortable room for family. There are 3 rooms & aircond also works fine. Not satisfied with the situation in his bathroom. Takada television but the atmosphere is okay je. Right in the middle of town, easy to go street art penang, roti canai transfer road. All nearby.

Stayed in their suite apartment but the condition of the apartment is very bad. The water pipe is being broken & loose. TV channel reception very poor. A lot of Aedes mosquitos during morning & late afternoon. Need a lot of improvement for that kind of room charge.

It's nice to stay here, especially with family. The fault is there is no elevator. Good hotel location.

The room provided very convenient for a family to stay. The cleanliness was very good. Many interest places to visit nearby.
