There was a problem with the electrical MCB—it broke in the middle of the night, leaving my room completely dark with no electricity. There was no hot water available in the morning. On top of that, the noise from singing made it very difficult to rest.

This hotel is disappointing! I booked this room because there was a bathtub facility at a fairly high price. We checked in at night after the trip, hoping to enjoy a hot bath. But after checking in, even the hot water was not available. I tried to turn on the hot water to fill the bathtub but for an hour the hot water only appeared for a few minutes then changed to cold water. When asking someone, whether he was the receptionist or the owner directly, he said the water heated up every hour so we had to wait again. But I think it doesn't make sense. And when waiting for an hour, the water in the bathtub was gone. It turned out that the bathtub cover was not tightly closed. Finally that night we didn't take a bath because the air and water were cold, still hoping that the water would be back to normal in the morning. It turned out that until the morning there was still no hot water. We decided to immediately check out and request an early check in at the next hotel so we could take a comfortable bath. I was disappointed, especially since there was no compensation or solution from the hotel. The reason given was that the MBC was in error, it kept going down. The rest of this hotel is also not very interesting. The location is far from the city, suitable for people who want healing and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We didn't try the food because the menu was limited, but the prices were cheap, like the warmindo menu. The TV is not a smart TV, there are only a few channels. The room was not clean, the sheets were not clean, there were many stains and marks. The mattress was quite comfortable. We got a room on the ground floor in the corner near the parking lot. After I read some reviews, there were indeed some who complained about this room, to the point that some said the room was not worth renting.
