The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly. The hotel is very close to attractions. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to Padang Kota at night. I just wish the room had extra space and a plug point near the bed.

I highly recommend the Kimberly Hotel in every aspect of its class for a hotel in Penang. If I visit Penang again, I'll definitely stay at the Kimberly again.

Strategic location, lots of food

Strategically located in the George area, close to Komtar Terminal and delicious eateries, the hotel offers water refilling facilities.

It's close to Komtar, the central bus terminal, and also to the free city loop bus, CAT.

Restaurant service should be improved because the customer is king.

Though I checked in late at 11 PM, the staff was cheerfully waiting for me. I felt very welcome.

I stayed in Kimberley Hotel Georgetown many times already. Everything is good and nice. It's just that last night a group checked in in the middle of the night, with a baby crying on top of its lungs. The drama ended probably at 02:30 AM. 🤣

Convenient location, enthusiastic staff.

The hotel is really near from Komtar and bus terminal. Just walk a few minutes and there are a lot of street foods and cafes. The room is pretty small but it's comfortable enough. Thank you.

Stayed here for 1 night, travelling for medical purposes, overall was good, typical old building, room was ok, pillow was not good too stiff to sleep on. Location was great though near Komtar bus station, I think this is one of the benefits.

I enjoyed staying here, as it's close to restaurants. The downsides are that the TV doesn't support Netflix, and there's two audio channels. The shower has strong water flow. It's clean.

The location is excellent, close to everything, affordable, and saves money on Grab. You can find souvenirs and food within walking distance. The rooms are quite small, but the price is reasonable, and the service is good.
