The hotel is really near from Komtar and bus terminal. Just walk a few minutes and there are a lot of street foods and cafes. The room is pretty small but it's comfortable enough. Thank you.

Stayed here for 1 night, travelling for medical purposes, overall was good, typical old building, room was ok, pillow was not good too stiff to sleep on. Location was great though near Komtar bus station, I think this is one of the benefits.

I enjoyed staying here, as it's close to restaurants. The downsides are that the TV doesn't support Netflix, and there's two audio channels. The shower has strong water flow. It's clean.

The location is excellent, close to everything, affordable, and saves money on Grab. You can find souvenirs and food within walking distance. The rooms are quite small, but the price is reasonable, and the service is good.

Deluxe King. Centrally located. Within walking distance of Komtar, Prangin, Avenue, and Kimberly Street. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong room; it had no windows. Cleanliness and service were good. Deposit RM50.

Friendly hotel staff, strategic and comfortable location

The room space is quite small. I booked two rooms side by side, and one of the rooms, the TV cannot be turned on. I called the hotel staff, and he said there was no signal due to the weather, but the next door room's TV is okay. If it was because of the weather, all rooms should be affected, right? No fridge too and limited parking space.

The hotel staff and security were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is close to Komtar, Georgetown's central bus terminal. It was a great four-night stay at Kimberly. If I ever go to Penang, I'll definitely stay here.
