The staff was very friendly. I stayed here as a transit hotel, and it was the closest to the airport. The plus side is that there's a free shuttle service for those heading to the airport between 5 and 9 AM. The downside is that the bathroom door made a noise, which was quite annoying. Otherwise, it was fine. This hotel is a great choice for transit travelers.

The service was less than friendly. It felt insincere. There was no soap in the restroom. I'd been informed, but no one had provided it. Luckily, I brought some of my own. I asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking one. The whole room smelled of cigarettes. I was tired, so I took it anyway.

The AC is hot, not cold at all

The location is only about 7 minutes from the airport, maybe because it has no windows the room is a bit stuffy and damp.

There are a row of small shops and stalls, as well as an Indomaret across from the hotel that is open until 9 pm. Check-in and check-out are easy, no deposit required. Affordable price. Suitable for transit. Friendly and communicative staff. For breakfast, the menu is standard, there is a free ice cream allowance of 1 pc per room, the coffee is quite good. There is free airport delivery until 9 am maximum. Got a smoking room, it was a bit suffocating, yes. The door to the room was a bit sluggish, it took some effort to open and close the door. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is standard, according to the price. Hot water for the shower and sink is decent, the room air conditioning works well. The breakfast menu is standard.

I've stayed here twice. So far, it's been comfortable. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the service is friendly. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit Batam.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was pleasant, satisfying, and affordable. It's about 60,000 Rupiah from the airport by taxi. It's family-friendly. There's an elevator to help those with lots of luggage and the elderly. The food is quite good.
