A 4-star hotel feels like a 2-star hotel. The door to the balcony was broken. I asked to be moved to another room. As soon as I moved back in, there were small cockroaches behind the wardrobe. Comfy, but nasty. This deluxe room is too small for a 4-star hotel. But that's okay, thanks to the new intern receptionist, she was friendly and nice. I think I should give her 4 stars.
