Make a better room. Need much renovation ฟND pls make detail more picture room

Really disappointing. I'm far from out of town. Thank you for the night, I want to stay with your husband. Bring a car but you can't tell the morning guest house. Even though on Traveloka it is written that you can stay for the family and there is a parking area symbol. Really really bad 🥺 Money is wasted. If you make clear rules.

There is no Toileter, there is no hot water pitcher. Even though there is a facility.

The rooms are exactly photographed, spacious and comfortable. But a little disappointed because there were no blankets, towels, soap / shampoo, mineral water, and coffee / tea makers like in the hotel info. Whether it's when I book the price again promo so there are no facilities or there are no facilities like what I mentioned earlier. But facilities like tv and bathroom are quite satisfying because there is also hot water. The air conditioner is cold, the wifi connection is very slow, right when I get a room on the 1st floor. The location of the hotel is actually quite strategic, just because it is located in a residential complex, if you go when you go back to the hotel quite late at night, you have to turn around. because all the portals are closed, overall it's quite comfortable with the price of the room which is currently promo :)
