I stayed here for 5 nights, occupying two rooms.
I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and the attentive and friendly staff, especially Teh Amoy.
It's a shame they don't have a smart TV yet.
They still use plastic bottles.
The breakfast was less than satisfying, especially the plain chicken porridge, which doesn't match the signature Bandung chicken porridge. The sweet soy sauce was also bottled, taking a long time to pour, especially when the contents were almost gone. If I may suggest, store the sweet soy sauce in a bowl and use a spoon to scoop it out. It's convenient. I feel sorry for the elderly guests who are already experiencing joint problems in their hands.
Only two elevators operate to the upper floors, so there's a long queue during critical hours.
