Everything was pleasant. Access and surrounding amenities were easy. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. It's a shame the air conditioning was like a hurricane and difficult to adjust. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff was friendly.

Good location for staycation Central Jakarta

The room door has been a bit difficult to open after staying there twice.

The place to stay is okay because it is close to the city and everywhere is close and I often stay at Holiday Wahid Hasyim and for the food, it is sufficient, but the minimum quality provided in the room is not sealed so they use refill drinks so I think it is not hygienic.

The room is okay, the atmosphere is great, the environment is clean, the service is good.

A very strategic hotel, if we go to BRIN, we can just walk, find food and get to the busy center very easily, the types of food in the restaurant are quite varied, basically we really enjoy staying here.

Check-in staff not tolerable for early check-in, even 15 minutes early. Had to ask and wait until 2 PM, then they only gave the room key. Breakfast not tasty at all. Not many options. Rooms okay, cleanliness okay.

The room doesn't match the picture because it's missing a carpet. It would be better to update the room photos if all the vinyl has been replaced. Furthermore, I was given a connecting room, which was very uncomfortable. The sahur food was also lacking in variety and tasted lacking. It's a real shame.

This will always be my favourite hotel to stay whenever I am going to Jakarta. Near Sarinah, Tanah Abang, Thamrin City, and other shopping malls. Located in the heart of Jakarta.

I've stayed in this hotel several times before. This time around, I booked about a week early and asked for a non-smoking room. I got a flexi room where previous occupants were smokers, and the room was smelly with smoke. Also, as I left early to catch the flight, my breakfast was just a bunch of small breads that they probably ordered online, wrapped in a paper bag.
