Comfortable, safe, clean place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is great, in the Flamboyan tower, close to the mall. There are plenty of food stalls nearby. However, the amenities are disappointing: The TV won't work, the sofa is downstairs, there's no bottled water provided, the mattress is very uncomfortable, there's no water heater, and the room smells bad. Please consider this for the comfort of your guests.

Busy neighborhood, plenty of eateries, easy access to the KRL and Busway stations, a mall, and a swimming pool. Awesome.

Check-in and check-out are easy, no hassle, there is a deposit and the return process is easy and fast. The staff is friendly and the unit is ready/clean and ready to use right when you check in (the AC is already on so it's immediately cool as soon as you enter the unit). Kitchen equipment only includes pans and cutlery (bring your own for the rest). The apartment has easy access to everywhere, there are many food stalls and laundry downstairs. The only thing you have to fight for is parking if you bring a car.

There are lots of cobwebs and the walls are cracked, when it rains some of the cracks fall on the bed, the kitchen has dusty glass shelves that are rarely cleaned, the TV has no Wi-Fi connection, the room smells really bad of cigarettes.

The main bedroom lights are dim and the stove is broken.

I would like to give you some criticism, suggestions & impressions. Thank you in advance for the very comfortable unit at Tulip 3 CD. However, there are a few things to consider: *Criticism* • The sink drain doesn't drain quickly • It sounds like running water in the toilet • There's no spoon for washing dishes • The bathroom door won't lock; pressing the lock button still opens *Suggestion* • Check the sink drain • Check the bottom of the toilet (I've attached a video) • Check the door handle (or you can get a PVC lock) • Complete the missing amenities: toiletries (including shampoo) • Complete cutlery (+ bowls, + spoons, not plastic) as they are potentially dangerous for health • Maintain the quality, comfort, and cleanliness of the room *Impression* • Thank God, it's very comfortable The unit I was given didn't have any mites or cockroaches, as I feared when I saw the reviews on Traveloka. • ⁠Next time, I want to stay at the Greenplace Tower again. Don't hesitate to book from By Deals (you can request a room if you want to ensure the room is clean and comfortable).

My advice, if you wish, is not to make any more deposits.
