The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they helped us with our floating breakfast and ordering food from their restaurant. The hotel location is also strategic, not far from Alas Harum & Tegalalang rice fields. The room is spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel & will stay again if I come to Ubud 👍

The location is not far from the main road, with ample parking, a peaceful atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms, a mini kitchen with cooking utensils, fast Wi-Fi, and very friendly and helpful staff. As soon as you exit, you'll find a 7am-7pm cafe. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is eliminating the smell from the toilets.

The staff were lovely, the breakfast wasn't very varied but was decent for the price. It's about 3km from the city center. The rooms were clean and charming, and there was a swimming pool.

It was an incredibly pleasant experience, with friendly staff, a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and top-notch cleanliness. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of menu options, and drinks included coffee and juice.

The peaceful vibe, swimming, and free breakfast are well worth the price. Close to the center of Ubud. Recommended.

If I ever go back to Ubud, I'll stay at Kakul again. Although the rooms are close together, they're quiet and comfortable. The rooms are also comfortable and clean. The staff who showed me to my room were very friendly <3. Thank you for the hospitality!

Staying here was truly satisfying, the atmosphere in the villa is very beautiful, very suitable for escaping from the noise of the city.

I'd stayed at this hotel before and had a pleasant experience. But this second time wasn't the same. The Wi-Fi was slow and even cut out several times, the TV wasn't smart, the room was damp, the AC wasn't cold enough, the wallpaper was peeling, the shower handle was loose, and the staff was unfriendly. And most disturbingly, there were ants falling from above, as the room's ceiling had no ceiling.
