I just learned from the receptionist upon check-out that the reason they don't provide bottled water like other hotels is that they actually have a refillable water dispenser in the guest room corridor. I knew there was a dispenser, but I didn't dare use it, worried there would be an additional fee for guests using the dispenser. Also, to Traveloka, I think it needs to be made easier to use my Zurich insurance policy. The insurance company and I were at a loss for a direct phone call. Please reconsider, Traveloka.
