The hotel is close to Malang Station and Klojen Market. It's right on the main road. There's an elevator to the upper floors. There's a dedicated garage for motorcycles. It's close to a minimarket. There's drinking water. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are clean and have hot water. One area that could be improved is the friendliness of the front desk staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The view from the room is very beautiful.

The bathroom faucet was broken, there were not enough towels and blankets, and the bathroom mat was wet before use. If there was a complaint, you had to go downstairs to meet the receptionist. There was no phone or service on standby on the 4th floor. The elevator was also scary.
