I've stayed here so many times but this is the first time it's a dud, room 401, the AC isn't cold, it's so hot I can't sleep even though I booked the most expensive room 🥹 I was hoping for comfort but I got too hot.. the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the lock was broken.. it was only 11 am and the staff called me even though check out time was still an hour away In the future, it can be improved, especially the AC service so that guests are comfortable and not too hot

This hotel has many naughty women given access to open an open BO business. Very disturbing comfort. Dirty, crowded, noisy, looks dirty, very disturbing comfort because the loud voices are very audible to us.!

I checked in for 2 nights, the spacious room at that price was very good, but the first night I was terrified because at 12 midnight my room was being banged on loudly, like there was a raid.

When I first entered the room, I could immediately smell the toilet, the blanket was dirty because it made me itchy when I used it.

The staff is friendly, the place is cool, nice and clean, I recommend it for those looking for a good place, this is the solution

Worth it. The only downside is that I asked for a non-smoking room but still got a smoking room. So the smell of smoke still lingers in the room.

The location of the hotel is on the side of the highway, strategic location only 10-15 minutes to ICE BSD, the parking lot is quite large, for the room size is quite large according to the request for the size of the bed. Only in the main lobby when entering, the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong and it seems that guests can smoke freely in the lobby area which is air-conditioned. My suggestion is to take better care of the lobby area so that it doesn't smell of cigarette smoke because it's uncomfortable. and for the room has been cleaned from the smell of cigarettes because previously I had contacted the hotel to clean and spray it. thank you for following my request. for Traveloka should be able to convey my request to the hotel in advance so that it is clear what guests want to stay. because from the customer service information I have if there is no written request for a non-smoking room. while all the rooms in this hotel smell of cigarettes.

At first I thought this was lacking, but when I entered the room, overall it was okay, the room was big, clean, only I didn't get mineral water. I usually get it. The AC was also cold. Next time I'll come back if I have to go to the bathroom.
