The staff are very professional, courteous, and polite. The hotel is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, and the time shows. Some attention to detail and minor renovation would be a good thing, e.g., the broken lid on the kettle, missing granite piece around the vanity, poor workmanship regarding caulking around the vanity and shower, towels are worn, etc.

For parking information, the receptionist should inform you in advance so you can park for free at the hotel.

Overall the room and facilities are okay, it's just that the room is a bit dusty and the room is not soundproof, so the noise from the next room can be heard clearly, so it's not very comfortable.

We had two stays at Swiss-Belhotel. The first night was a great room with excellent city views, while the second stay was on a much lower floor without any views. It also smelled of cigarettes and was a big disappointment after our first stay. Otherwise, we were generally happy with our stay at Swiss-Belhotel.

The room wasn't soundproof, and the entertainment sound penetrated the room. The male receptionist was also unfriendly when I asked for help calling a friend's room, even though I was also a hotel guest. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the food was good, the restaurant staff were top-notch, and check-in and checkout were easy. Plus, the security guard manning the parking lot was very kind and friendly.

Very good and satisfied to have stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Makassar

I booked a deluxe room with one bed, but they said it was set to twin beds. Even though the app clearly stated "1 bed mattress type," I finally gave in and just put the beds together. Even though the booking options were for a single bed. I was disappointed, except they said the single bed wasn't ready, etc. It's still okay, but if it's because of the system, it needs to be fixed. The TV isn't a smart TV either.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly and the view is nice hehe I don't regret staying here.
