Not a very pleasant experience! Booked the business suite just a week before the NY, and from the moment we arrived, issues started piling up. There was a long line and an excessive wait just to use the elevator, which was frustrating after a long day.
Once we got to the room, the bedsheets were dirty and had visible blood stains, which was unacceptable and made us uncomfortable. The sink was clogged, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water. We had to call room service/housekeeping just to get the hot water fixed, which added more inconvenience to our stay.
Another major issue was the lack of basic toiletries. There was no shower gel provided, so we couldn’t even shower properly. Ironically, it was only delivered right when we were about to check out, making it completely useless. The wifi service was also terrible—slow, unreliable, and barely usable.
The only positive thing about this stay was the food, which was genuinely good and enjoyable. However, good food alone can’t make up for the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and overall uncomfortable experience. I expected much better and would think twice before staying here again.
