Great location overlooking the ocean, spacious room, but the window glass was cracked, and the towels were probably due for replacement, as they were already worn out. The price is still a bit expensive, even without breakfast. In Jakarta, hotels at that price can get better rooms with breakfast included.

Overall, it's good, close to culinary spots and convenient for island hopping. The only thing that needs improvement is the male receptionist's attitude; he should smile at guests, just a suggestion. Most importantly, the ocean view rooms are top-notch. A staycation here is a must, as you can see the ocean and the boats.

It's not bad for a hotel in Losari, but it's a bit lacking in updates for a Swissbell hotel. The rooms need upgrading, and some bathroom fixtures are starting to break but haven't been replaced. Cleanliness is decent, and the views are nice. There's also a lack of elevators, which can be frustrating to wait in line for.

Very good, I will come back here again, I really recommend it, everything is good from the room to the swimming pool.

Having stayed at Swiss-Bel many times in several cities, this Swiss-Bel seems to be the worst. The bed looks like it needs to be updated, with a rate of 800 thousand rupiahs, it's really not worth it. The mattress is sagging and uncomfortable to sleep on and is very worn, similar to a hostel room mattress. Furthermore, the toilet smells of urine. Check-in time is very long, I checked in at 2 pm and got my room at 4 pm. Luckily, the view is beautiful, so it can help ease my disappointment a little.

I've actually stayed here many times when I've been to Makassar. I recently encountered a receptionist with a really grumpy face. She wasn't very friendly when serving guests, just tell me her name, her name is Mutia. I was given a room with a balcony view, even though I checked in 3 rooms, unfortunately the service was bad. Then, when I asked to move rooms, I was told to wait for more than an hour. Even then, the rooms were given one by one, waiting for more than an hour for each room. When I checked out, the person serving me was a man and not very friendly... very disappointing🥴

1. Please re-manage the number of front office staff during pick-up time, I want to check out and have to queue for 45 minutes. 2. The electricity went out twice in one night, and I was in the elevator when it happened, there were no instructions on what to do in an emergency in the elevator. 3. When I asked for help accessing the room using the elevator, the female officer sitting in the chair whose photo I attached threw me to another officer in a curt tone, even though I only asked for help accessing the room. 4. Apart from the lady, the officers were very good and friendly, and the facilities other than the lights going out were okay.

Check-in and check-out both took a long time, the queue was more than an hour long, plus the receptionist was really slow.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good hospitality. Access to everywhere is close.
