The air conditioning was cool and the staff was friendly. The amenities were certainly worth the price. The only thing that was a bit surprising was the pile of trash on the street in front of the hotel. Sorry, the photos and videos don't do it justice.

There's a price for quality. The sheets and blankets smelled, so my pajamas were really smelly the next day. The bathroom was dirty, the shower seemed clogged, the toilet was really dirty, and the sink was a bit disgusting 😭. The only positive side is the very strategic location, close to everything. There are lots of halal restaurants/food stalls. I stayed for 2 nights, but only slept for 1 night, and stayed at a friend's place the next day. Wrong choice of hotel :(

For this rate, it's cheap, the room is quite comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, for those who bring a car, there is ample parking, access to the busy center is also not far, quite recommended 👍

The mattress smells, I booked for 3 nights but I only slept for 1 night, and then moved to another hotel. The room was actually clean, the toilet was also clean but the mattress was old and it seemed like it needed to be replaced because it was smelly.

The room was full of dust, and there were leaks, causing rainwater to seep through and wet the mattress and floor. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and lots of yellow stains from not being cleaned. The TV wouldn't turn on. The bedroom door was sometimes hard to open.

It's great, even during the holiday season, but the prices are still pocket-friendly, and the staff is friendly. We stayed for two days and wanted to stay longer, but the rooms were already booked through the app.

My stay here was very memorable. I chose this place because it's close to everything. The environment is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly. The AC and water heater are working. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Bali.

The roof or walls in the bedroom were leaking due to heavy rain overnight. So, in the morning, the floor was flooded and the mattress was soaked. Furthermore, the toilet flush had a rather unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to use the bathroom.

This place seems to be used as an open B*(?) place at night and is VERY NOISY. I don't mind but the problem is these guys are so noisy, I've been staying here for 4 days and I can't sleep. I don't care what you do, but at least respect other guests. The guards seem to be used to it so no matter how noisy they are, they are ignored. Noisy in the sense that they are going back and forth, chatting, playing with their phones, etc. with their voices loud. I clearly remember at night, maybe around 1/2/3 am, they were playing with their phones listening to rock(?) music really loud. Imagine that, other people also want to rest. I don't know where their brains are

The location is very strategic, right in front of the central parking lot, close to everywhere, but the cleanliness is just so-so, maybe the cleanliness can be improved, especially the sheets and blankets

It's so comfortable, like coming home. The staff is humble, but remember, there's no breakfast here. So you have to eat at a grocery store or grab food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Wanting to check in, the receptionist was on the phone, knowing there was a guest, she put the call on hold, then continued after she finished directing the guest to their room. Got 1 towel, even though the booking was for 2 people. In the bathroom, there was a towel still hanging on the door, as if a previous guest had used the towel but the hotel staff forgot to take it. The bathroom hole was dirty, there was hair. If there were people chatting outside the room, it could be heard from inside, and it tended to be noisy at night. Overall worth it but please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room

The first day I stayed in Kusuma because it was already night when I arrived in Bali. Do not expect too much because the price is very cheap for accommodation. So far the place is clean, far from the road so there is no noise from vehicles when sleeping. Too bad it's noisy because the people who stay talk loudly at night 👍 For access, it's really good. Close to Kuta Central Terminal. Close to places to eat. It's close to everywhere 😁😁 The AC is really cold 🤩🤩 The shower is small so the shower takes a bit longer 🤭
