There is only 1 hotel staff who can speak English, the location is in a very crowded area so if you want to go anywhere you will get stuck in traffic, the bathroom is not clean because the water is stagnant, there is no electric kettle, it is noisy and not soundproof so it disturbs your sleep, the wifi is also missing.

Poor internet connection. Not good for travellers who have work through online 😢.

The food is great, location is too, but they can improve more on providing rag esp in the cr. Its super slippery when wet. Also the door handles and how it responds, like you have to wait for a bit before opening the door. The linens are somewhat soiled, we slept and we found out the next morning theres stain like face cream, in the bed which we don't know where came from. Over all 8/10 the staff are courteous and helpful.

They provide good service. The room is clean and spacious, plus they have free breakfast (not sure if applicable to all room types) . Also, the staff are accommodating. The location is convenient for us since it is accessible for commute.

It was surprisingly restful. The room was clean and spacious, wifi works well, and outside noise is mostly canceled out.

I always choose this hotel everytime I’m in Manila.

The bedroom is sufficient though still using window air conditioners (like Jakarta 10-15 years ago), loby is very simple and there is no room for breakfast. Prices are cheap and next to it is a mall but at 18:30 it is closed. The service of the hotel clerk is very good.

I booked 3 suite rooms. 1 room is ok. 2 other rooms seem rather old-fashioned because they still use ac windows instead of split ac. The location is not ok, it is near the market, right next door, but not an ok market for tourists to visit. More like a flea market. Glass for drinking is not washed clean. The others are ok. The bed is quite comfortable.

What a wonderful clean hotel.The breakfast was amazing along with the staff had to book an extended stay. I highly recommend booking here

There were no signal inside the room and the staff there refuse us to transfer room.
