The room was simple and basic, but comfortable, enough for me to spend the night and rest. Recommended!

The electricity was out for almost an hour, confirmed to the management, still waiting and informed "out of electricity tokens" okay, plus my deposit money when checking out was not in the cash drawer, when cross-checking when transferring there was no news from the employee on duty, and already contacted the junior employee there was no response, only promises and 7x working days there was no response until now it was fixed again by management and I contacted the hotel telephone number provided by Traveloka which is not active!

At that price, it's pretty good.

The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides solutions. The price is also very affordable, the place is clean, and the rooms are neat and tidy. The only thing that needs a little attention is the blankets and pillowcases, so they smell better for a more comfortable stay. But overall, it's safe and pleasant. The location is busy, easy to find, and most importantly, there are lots of places to eat at night. Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll try this place again.

The towels were so shabby they looked like doormats, and the sheets were stained with various things, dirty, and itchy. Hmmm Because it's on the side of the road, the noise makes it hard to sleep because there are so many people commuting at dawn.

My body is itchy with red spots because I slept in this hotel. I booked for 2 nights, I only stayed in the room for a short time from dawn to noon, if it wasn't because I was very tired and sleepy, I wouldn't have slept here. I booked the hotel suddenly, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed and sheets or linens. The sink faucet didn't even flow, the AC was noisy and not cold, the wifi was slow. This is the worst room I've ever had. For the price of 200 thousand / night, I should have been able to get a better one. Oh yeah, I don't know about the condition and cleanliness of the other rooms, but that's the condition of the room I got.

The location is very strategic. The twin bed was very comfy. The floor was not really clean. Should be mopped first. No shampoo and soap but no problem. No free water so be prepared. No soundproof, people steps on the stairs could be heard clearly. Overall nice room. Will come back here for sure

For a good location close to everywhere, it's been the second time staying here, the first experience was very satisfying. For the second time it's still ok, the cleaning service, neat, unfortunately there are no amenities. There is only a little soap/shampoo left, no toothbrush, no mineral water. For the rest it's still ok. Please check the amenities for soap, shampoo and toothbrush before giving the room to the guest who will stay.

The mattress is comfortable and soft, the staff is friendly.
