Last December, after heavy torrential rains, earth and mudslides swept through the village. In this dramatic situation, the hotel—as well as the rest of the village—is rebuilding, and it's great that they were able to accommodate us in good conditions. A few small tweaks at the margins would be helpful: the Wi-Fi signal is too weak. If breakfast is offered, it would be preferable if it were available before 10 a.m. Kudos to the staff for their hard work and very warm welcome!

I have ordered official tickets from Traveloka but when I checked in the hotel said the room was full... where did it come from? If it was full, I definitely wouldn't have been able to book from Traveloka... and what's worse, the hotel manager replaced my room with a cheaper room 2 floors away from what I had booked with all the comfort, the manager was rude... to the hotel owner, please investigate who was at fault here... Traveloka or the staff on duty that night, Saturday, July 5th... I was very disappointed

The good thing is that the staff has been added because there is a shortage of staff.

The hotel price does not match the facilities, take a family suite, the hot shower water doesn't work, the door is damaged and has been repaired as is, there are spider webs in the room, the trash can at the back door of the room is full. A small spoon is missing. 1 asks for a fee of 25 thousand, if the hotel facilities are satisfactory it doesn't matter to me paying that price, I paid 794,000 for a hotel room on Traveloka without breakfast, it's really not in line with facilities like that. Just staying at a hotel like this is enough.

Very ugly and dirty hotel.

The hotel is nice but the only downside is the lack of maintenance of the pool.

For the location, it's good, very close to the bends and the lake, but for the cleanliness of the room and the hotel environment is really bad, the room I stayed in had a sticky floor plus the bathroom smelled of cockroaches. For the facilities, it seems dirty and not well maintained.

The staff is friendly, but the service is slow, I was a bit disappointed staying here, it's dirty, and the facilities can't be used, for example the swimming pool is dirty.

Have stayed here several times, comfortable and clean, input for management to improve the maintenance of the swimming pool.

Kamar jorok tidak terawat apalagi kamar mandi jelek sekali ruang kamar juga tidak cukup penerangan tidak sesuai dengan harga ini bukan hotel tapi losmen.

I enjoyed the location and the hospitality of the local people and the staffs but this hotel really looked and feels run down, for the price I might consider nearby hotels which are as run down but price wise better

Resto TUTUP di luar jam sarapan. Cafe sudah close order pukul 20.00. Kolam renang jorok. Ac sama sekali TIDAK dingin. Cukup sekali saja.

The bathroom water supply is intermittent, at times no water. The water drain is clogging & the bathroom floor full of water.

Tempat yang sepi dan private, cafenya tidak besar jika mau menampung 50 orang rasany sesak dan pelayanan kurang, terutama jika ke resto sangat kurang bersahabat apalagi kasir ceweknya. Perlu di timgkatkan lagi keramahan pegawai hotel dan, resto sehingga wisatawan juga nyaman dan betah

The receptionist did not clearly provide payment information, many facilities were damaged but were not repaired even though they had said so.

Don't pick standard room, pay a little more and you get a lot better room.

The place is beyond expectations, not according to the price, 3 star hotel prices, but jasmine hotel rooms. There is no hot water, no remote ac, no plugs for charging cellphones, no mirrors, no sandals, no toilet door lock. Nightmares have brought this stay.
