The hotel is located close to UNDIP Tembalang. There are many food vendors around the hotel. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. I found the room size adequate for a budget hotel.

The location is near minimarket and food stalls. Easy to reach.

So far so good. The location is close to my son's boarding house. The only downside is that the soap and shampoo are incomplete, and there's no toothbrush or toothpaste. Everything else is fine.

The AC is super cold, the bed is okay, and the service is good and friendly. The only downsides are the unstable Wi-Fi and the water heater, which sometimes requires waiting for the water to heat up. For this price, it's okay.

No hassle when checking in/out, in the morning there is also a place across the street selling breakfast :)

The partition in the next room is not a wall, so if you touch it there is a sound, the TV won't turn on, there is no water in the room.

The room was okay, but they didn't give you towels.

There was a puddle of water in the bathroom and there was no cleaning service the next day, including the mineral water compartment.

Always stay here when I'm in Tembalang area. Last time I was here 3 years ago, and now there are many places to eat and Rumi has never changed, even cleaner.

The room is not very clean, the floor is dusty, the toilet smells of urine, the hot water shower has to be turned on for a long time before the water gets hot, the lights are not bright enough, the wifi often goes out, the dispenser is dusty

The hotel is comfortable, close to everywhere, the atmosphere is calm and not noisy.

The towels were torn, the shower holes were clogged, and the mattress really felt springy. You get what you pay for.

as soon as I arrived at the hotel I went straight into the poorly lit parking basement, no security, no directions to the upper lobby door until I exited the basement by going up the stairs, it happened to be drizzling. the room door was still manual, the room divider was not soundproof, the condition of the bed was already uncomfortable. beyond all expectations, because I was looking for one that was close to the event location, I accepted the risk

everything is okay, only 2 of the mattresses have stains, there are hairs on them and there are lipstick marks on the corner of the mattress.

The toilet is clogged, hopefully in the future it will be given more attention

Drinking water/mineral water is not always available, you have to ask first & get it yourself. If you don't ask, it won't be given. The room has no mirror & the bathroom is small

It's pretty good and also comfortable as a hotel to stay or a temporary stopover for families.
