Sukajadi location, Batam Center. Near K Square Mall. There are 3 types of rooms, only 1 has a window. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. There are breakfast vouchers at the Kopi Tiam stall next to the hotel. There is also a laundry next to the hotel and a minimarket.

The room is a bit cramped, the cleanliness of the bathroom is quite good even though when I just checked in I found a lollipop stick in front of the bathroom door, the cleanliness of the sheets and pillowcases needs to be considered again because when I got into bed I found stains like blood or chocolate drops, I don't know, and there was hair on the sheets. The pillowcases are very thin and there are stains on the pillows too. When checking out I saw the staff carrying dirty sheets + pillowcases that were full in the trolley from various rooms. It seems that after checking out they were immediately replaced but maybe the washing was not clean enough.

The hotel is nice, although small, but neat, good for transit.

I really don't recommend this hotel, I booked a room with a city view but I was given a stuffy room without a window, the room was very small, the sheets were dirty and not clean, there was no water heater, breakfast was limited to a budget of 30 thousand, far from the city, I really don't recommend it 🙏
